Terms and Conditions: The Rules We Enforce, Written Plainly

This page is the plain-English version of the rules that actually get enforced. The full legal text lives in your account panel; where the two differ, the legal text governs. Nothing here is a surprise clause — it is the same handful of rules that decide almost every dispute.

Your account

• You must be 18 or older and legally permitted to gamble where you live.
• One account per person, household, device and payment method. Duplicates are closed, bonus winnings voided and deposits returned.
• The details you register with must be your own and must match the documents you later verify with.
• Accounts are not transferable, and credentials are not to be shared.

Bonuses

• Deposit-match bonuses carry 50x wagering, applied to the bonus amount.
• The minimum qualifying deposit is AU$20.
• Pokies clear wagering in full. Table and live games contribute little or nothing.
• One active bonus at a time. Conversion from the welcome package is capped, and the no-deposit offer converts to a maximum of AU$200.
• Withdrawing cash while a bonus is wagering forfeits that bonus and its winnings.
• Maximum stake size while wagering is limited; exceeding it can void the bonus.

Deposits and withdrawals

• Minimum deposit AU$10 on most rails, AU$20 by bank transfer. Minimum withdrawal AU$20.
• Payout requests are reviewed within 24 hours, then released to the payment network.
• The weekly withdrawal ceiling is AU$10,000. Larger balances are paid in instalments.
• Money returns to its source where the network allows it. PayID and Neosurf are deposit rails only.
• We charge no cashier fee. Bank, card and crypto-network costs are outside our control.

Verification

Before a first payout we require photo identification and a proof of address dated within the last three months. Card payouts also need an image of the card with the middle digits covered. Documents are checked once and the account is cleared permanently. A refusal to verify means a refusal to pay — there is no route around it, for anyone.

Fair play

Games run on random number generators tested by independent laboratories, and a result is settled on our side before the animation finishes on yours. A dropped connection mid-spin therefore costs you nothing: reopen the game and the outcome is already recorded. Attempts to manipulate a game, exploit a software fault or coordinate play across accounts are treated as fraud, not as clever play.

Closure, disputes and changes

You may close your account at any time and any cash balance is returned. We may close an account for fraud, collusion, bonus abuse, false information or a breach of these rules, in which case bonus winnings are voided and genuine deposits returned. Disputes start with live chat, escalate to the complaints team, and can be taken to the licensing authority if we cannot resolve them between us. Terms change occasionally; the version in your account at the time you play is the one that binds, and a material change is notified rather than slipped in.
